Tanoan Country Club offers a variety of instructional programs taught by a talented team of professionals that are designed to meet each student’s personalized goals. Instructional options range from individual lessons to an unlimited year-long program focused on players’ entire game – from fine-tuning the practice routine and perfecting golf fundamentals to on-course instruction in strategy.
Tanoan Country Club offers a wide assortment of competitive and fun events designed to engage every member of the family – including Men’s, Women’s and Couples’ Golf Association events, where members can compete in individual and team competitions; the Tanoan Member-Guest, regarded as the premiere member-guest event in Albuquerque; Men’s and Women’s Club Championships; and Member/Member events.
Open to Tanoan Country Club members ages 6 to 17, our popular junior golf program teaches young people all aspects of the game in a fun, nurturing environment. From golf fundamentals to such practical skills as golf rules, etiquette and scoring, the program includes on-course instruction and opportunities for fun competition. We also offer a summer junior golf camp.
Tanoan Country Club offers members the opportunity to participate in Demo Days offered by top manufacturers including Titleist, TaylorMade, Cobra, Cleveland and Callaway, enabling them to try out the latest in golf equipment technology. Our golf professional team is highly trained and certified in fitting.
Members receive preferred pricing on all pro shop merchandise or special orders, affording significant discounts over golf equipment and merchandise offered by local retailers.
