Come out and experience the fun and enchantment of getting up close and personal with some amazing creatures. Some of the featured animals are a 15 ft Reticulated Python, Bearded Dragons, Tarantulas, Small Tortises, Red Eyed Skink Crocodilian, and More! Price for Members and their Invited Guests will be $10, also keep in mind that space is limited for the show so make sure and RSVP early. Only 6 seats remaining for our first of 4 Wine Dinners on Saturday, November 23 from 6-8PM. Pricing will be $85 for Members and $75 for Premier Members, $160 for Couples and $140 for Premier Couples. This will be our “Autumn Wine Harvest Dinner” and will feature an incredible menu prepared by our very own Chef Elias and some delicious wines to accompany each of the 4 courses offered that evening.   • First CourseCheese/Charcuterie Display (a selection of Hearty Autumn Inspired Morsels); paired with ‘Bertrand Jefferson Cremant Rose’ (an exceptional high quality French sparkling wine that was a favorite of Thomas Jefferson)
  • Second CourseRoasted Butternut Bisque (toasted Fennel Crème Fraiche and a Pfeffernusse Crostini); paired with ‘Robert Mondavi Private Selection Bourbon Barrel Chardonnay’ (beautiful California Coastal Chardonnay with great minerality and fruit flavors)
  • Third CourseRio Roasted Free Range Half Chicken (Sage Agave Glaze, Chimayo Simmered Hominy with Seared Baby Greens); paired with ‘Archery Summit Dundee Hills Pinot Noir’ (one of the best Pinot Noir producers in the US out of Willamette Valley, Oregon – about as good a Pinot Noir as you can find)
  • Fourth CourseWarm Chocolate Beignets (dark Belgian Chocolate Ganache with Crème Anglaise); paired with ‘Ridge Three Valleys Zinfandel’ (an deep ruby red wine from one of the great producers of Zinfandel in California featuring luscious fruit and a long elegant finish)

It's that time of year again where we gather with Family & Friends to give thanks. What better place to celeberate than at your Club. On Thursday, November 28 we will have our annual Thanksgiving Buffet from 12-2:30PM. Pricing will be $37 for Adults, $17 for Children (6-12yrs) and 5yrs & under are Free with 10% off for Premier Members. This event will be for Members and Invited Guests, seating is limited, so be sure to make your reservations early.
